  Computers Unlimited announces the release of TIMS Patient Subscriptions.

  [Billings, Montana, March 2022] Computers Unlimited announced its latest product innovation for Home and Durable Medical Equipment Providers. TIMS Patient Subscriptions is an intuitive and simple to implement application that will allow providers to enroll their patients in a resupply subscription during the initial intake. This application is fully integrated with all the RCM features TIMS already offers.

  Key integration points include:

  1. easy patient auto enrollment,
  2. automated compliance checks (eligibility, utilization, documentation, and authorizations),
  3. patient contact options (phone, email, text, or IVR), and
  4. auto-generated qualified orders.

  A full 28 days before a resupply order is needed by the patient, TIMS Software will automatically begin the quality checks as noted in step 2 above. When all checks pass, a patient contact list is created for staff to work; or patients can receive an automated text message and confirm the order themselves. Qualified and confirmed orders are automatically generated and queued to ship or electronically drop ship, minimizing inventory holding costs and distribution expenses.

  It is expected that 80% of resupply orders will be automated from start to finish. In cases where an order requires additional attention, a color-coded dashboard highlights which orders need review by a CSR. With a 28-day notice, these orders can be worked well ahead of time ensuring minimal interruptions in service.
